"This was an overnight stay. It was easy to find and there was a convenient car park. Our host answered the door immediately and showed us up the room. It is a very old building with beams and sloping floors and has lots of character. The room was comfortable and warm. We had our evening meal in a pub called The Canon Inn in the village which was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay"

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Nethleigh. I stayed in the room called The Snug, and it admirably lived up to the name. It was comfortable and very cozy. There was a small fireplace in the room with wood provided for a crackling fire, though I didn't make one. "Grounds and buildings are simply beautiful. Renovated very tastefully and everything you need. Jenni is a truly lovely person and as a host was just fantastic. She went above and beyond for our stay. We booked accomodation for bridal party for the night before wedding. "Had 3 lovely days at Brooksyde. A very comfortable house, a home form home seaside retreat. A great base to visit Lyme Regis, Sidmouth etc. Beer is a really lovely little village with a few independent shops and restaurants. The voucher for the next door shop was a nice surprise.
