"The receptionists were amazing esp Cheng,shes still trainess but shes doing a great job and shes always smiling despite its very busy, and MJ too shes very nice and helpful. I like all the staff as they always kind and smiling.Best service. Esp Angelo at the Towel station in the Pool area. Housekeepers were very amazing as well. We have a cleab room everyday and refill whatever we need in the room. Thank you for making us feel like royals with your amazing service. And by the way the breakfast buffet so delicious. Hennan never fails this is my Home away from home. Second time here and i will come back again next time i travel to Philippines. Thank you guys"

"This is an amazing property. The comment has been made that it is 20 minutes from the main beach but it is so quiet and beautiful I thoroughly recommend it. There is a shuttle that goes regularly to the main beach which you can catch up to 1030 at night or you just catch a taxi and it's approximately nine dollars Australian. There was an issue with changing the breakfast menu as mentioned in many reviews but they have now decided to go for buffet every morning and the buffet is delicious especially the pancakes and waffles with chocolate sauce. The staff are amazing. You can request bacon if you want to add no additional charge despite what the other reviews say, and pots of tea are available again and no extra charge during breakfast Book this hotel you will be doing yourself a favour"

"Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. Something that would probably make this better is to have their boat drop us off at the resort itself. 2. The staff are all wonderful and respectfully and very courteous. 3. The beach is so clean. We went in March and the waves were choppy but otherwise, still ok. I like that it is private - you don't see vendors trying to sell you stuff when you are relaxing on the beach. 4. The breakfast buffet was really great. So much food and felt like always overeating. Free chocolate hour was good too. Maybe this is asking too much but wished they served free coffee though - although you could still order it and pay separately. 5. Free shuttle to dmall. Since the hotel is in Station 0, it is quite a ways from Dmall which is at Station 2. So getting a free shuttle at certain times is a plus. "
