"The hotel was in the middle of a land dispute, so the entrance was a building site with armed guards and corrugated iron fencing. Access to the hotel was a dangerous dirt track. I fell and injured my wrist. We had requested twin beds in advance and were given doubles. They even failed to change them to twin beds when I asked on day 1. "Best hotel in Boracay Island. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful relaxing family friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. "5/6 nights. Unlike other countries (e.g. Mexico) that I felt obliged tipping staff members, in here staff members are somewhat shy receiving tips which makes me wanting to give more. Almost all staff members we dealth with are polite, respectful and nice. They clean the pool each day in the morning. We enjoyed watching the monkeys randomly visiting the balcony, they visited us once. I will surely recommend this place to friends and officemates for holiday. "
