"All staff we had interacted with were very pleasant and professional. The hotel is spotless and has numerous options for dining, though we were only able to try Whiskey Nova which was excellent. Dotonbori, Shinsekai, Namba Station and Shinsaibashi are all within a 10 minute walk making it very easy and stress free to enjoy Osaka."

"This hotel is very close to shopping and dining areas. It is also connected to the subway station so it is very convenient. The restaurants are over priced so we ate elsewhere after spending too much on the breakfast buffet the first morning. My only complaint is you cannot adjust the A/C setting and our room was not cool enough. "
