"From the moment you arrive the Nanuku family embrace you. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Everything you could ask for is provided in the accommodation. The resort is beautifully set out and maintained. Buffet breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices for a main. The snorkelling is amazing heaps of fish and clarity of the water is great when calm. If there has been rain or windy weather beforehand the water will be slightly stirred up but you can still see amazing and colourful fish. Daily activities are also provided. Would come back in a heart beat."

"This is true and beautiful Fiji. We stayed here ten years ago and couldn’t wait to get back. Our own bure was spacious and immaculate. We have never experienced such a warm and welcoming staff in all of our travels. The place is like staying in a beautiful Fijian village with coconut palms, a great swimming pool, dining room, bar, and beautiful beach with a view of the Beqa island. "

"Great location, it was the perfect mix of resort amenities and tropical paradise that felt like you were one with nature. You walk through a beautiful garden to get to your room, and our unit had an outdoor bathroom with jungle! The tide can get quite low so the area isn't always ideal for swimming, but when the tide is high you can snorkel and kayak (free rental). While the mosquitos weren't ideal, they were pretty much everywhere we were on the island so just be sure you bring repellent for the morning and evening meal times. The staff were friendly and the food offered, while somewhat limited, was a great price. The large number of hammocks overlooking the water are perfect for individuals or couples to relax, and we would happily return to this specific resort any time we visit Fiji for at least a few days of our trip. Had we stayed longer than just one night/day, we would have been able to enjoy some of the tours they offer at very reasonable prices. "

"We had such a great time here at the Flying Fish Villa! The house was stunning— beautifully furnished and very clean. There was room for everyone and everything. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was so easy to use. It was the perfect location, near Pacific Harbour, yet secluded enough to enjoy the solitude. We loved having coffee and on the deck in the morning with the birds. Russell and Seni were very responsive anything arose. We dove twice with Beqa Adventure Divers and explored Suva and Colo-I-Suva Forest Park. A boat trip to Yanutha Island is a must!"

"Our group of (two couples) stayed 4 nights in the middle of the hot and rainy season, so the air conditioned bedrooms and the refreshing pool were great to have. The main room got a bit hot during the day but we found ways to escape the heat. The owners were fantastic and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. No complaints and we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area of the Island. Also a big shout out to the owner and staff at the nearby Beach Bum Burgers restaurant. Even though we were the only ones there and their optoins were limited, we had a fantastic meal and practically felt like family by the time we left."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and more than we could eat. Food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The room was spacious and comfortable and the wifi and AC worked very well. It as a short walk to the beach and shops, but a taxi only costs 4 Fijian dollars. The only negative is that the room wasn’t particularly clean and the cleaning schedule was a bit lax. Also, the pool was a bit murky. Overall, for the price we paid we were happy with the accommodation and the wonderful staff even sang us the traditional Fijian farewell song on our departure. "
