"The room condition is quite far away from photo in website. Breakfast is not good taste. The staffs are on average services. Only location that has food shop nearby and major shopping mall nearby."

"Hotel staff were always kindness and helpful. When I've faced Wi-Fi connection trouble, they were willing to support it. Room was clean and tidy, there were necessary amenities, free bottle of mineral waters,etc. Location was also walkable to the city center. I want to stay this hotel next time as well."

"The property is very nice but it is the staff that makes it so special. From the moment you walk through the front door you are pampered and made to feel special. Definitely opt for the Club Floor. The afternoon tea and evening snack/ dinner in the club lounge is great and included in the price. "
