"We booked a slope-side room but the view was to the Steamboat square, not really to the slope. The staff understood the frustration and moved us to another room that was truly slope-side. Other than that, everything else was very good. Staff granted us a late checkout by 12:30pm and parking until 2pm which worked really well with our plans. Only thing that caught our attention as opportunity was how small the bathroom was."

"We had an amazing stay. It was our 4 year wedding anniversary and it was a great stay. Very clean. Amenities were very perfect. Erik checked us in and was very professions, very nice and even offered us a complimentary beer to celebrate our anniversary! The views from our room were beautiful looking at the snow capped mountains. Free towels were provided for our strawberry hot springs trip. The free breakfast was very delicious both mornings we stayed. Thank you for an amazing stay."

"Seriously we found a gem! We were in Steamboat to go to the Strawberry Hot Springs. It turned out this hotel partnered with the springs and the springs picked us up straight from the hotel and took us to the springs and then dropped us back off at the hotel. The staff was SO friendly and they even had a dog that was working up front at the check in desk that would greet everyone as they came and went. The nicest dog and so cute! The hotel restaurant food was delicious which isn't always the case. The spinach artichoke dip was the best I've ever had. And the service in the restaurant was top notch. Everything about this hotel experience was a 10. "

"Fun! Amazing access to mountain, loved hot tubs, bar, gym, overall fun attitude and high level of service from staff! The restaurant on site was slow, maybe short staffed during a peak week. But overall loved it to the max!! "

"Excellent continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub well maintained and clean. Rooms had everything we needed and were very clean. Hotel in the river walk which was a plus. "
