Journey up the winding driveway between the gorgeous rows of vines to this incredible three bedroom estate. Perched atop the hill, you will enjoy some of the most incredible views in the entire region. This single level three bedroom layout is perfect for those enjoying all that Oregon's Willamette Valley has to offer.

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a wonderful open floor plan with the connected living, kitchen and dining room. Each room revels in gigantic west facing windows and views that bathe the entire home in warmth and light, including some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. The living room has seating for all and a level of décor and furnishing that is rarely seen in a short term rental property. Every piece has been thoughtfully procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort.

The chef's kitchen is something to behold and a fully stocked with everything you may want or need for your culinary desires. Just off the kitchen you will find an additional wetbar and small refrigerator for wine storage. The dining room table nearby easily seats up to eight people.

The bedroom on the south end of the home has an enormous en-suite bathroom, closet and a soaking tub you will not want to leave. The walk-in door-less shower is perfect for anyone that finds steps a challenge. The north side bedroom is quite spacious and has an en-suite bathroom as well.

For the third bedroom, you will find it detached from the home and accessible via a short concrete path most of which is undercover. This wonderful space has a queen bed with twin trundle make it perfect for some kiddos or a small family. There is an attached full bath as well.

While the interiors are amazing without a doubt, you will want to experience every moment of the outdoor amenities you have time for. Bocce ball can provide hours of entertainment for the whole family. Replenish your energy while enjoying some BBQ on the back patio area around the table while taking in the panoramic views of the vineyard and valley. A nightcap by the fire-pit is a great way to wrap up almost any evening.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

Beauitful location for quiet weekend
My family had a lovely stay at this beautiful home near Carlton. The view from this property is a real treat. The house itsself is very comfortable in every way. We all enjoyed our relaxing weekend from this quiet and beautiful location on a hilltop amidst the vineyards and orchards. We plan to stay again when we come to the area. It is truly one of the best house rentals we've found.

The property is actually nicer than advertised and exceeded expectations. The views are amazing. With the booking were included many potential wineries with complimentary tastings. We chose Elk Cove and Solena and enjoyed both so much. The house was extremely comfortable,the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. It was a fantastic stay.

Spectacular views
Our group consisted of three couples, visiting Willamette Valley on a wine trip. We couldn’t stop talking about the amazing views. The house was pristine, with all of the amenities that you could wish for. There was plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together for meals. All of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We’re all cooks, so the high end kitchen was a great bonus. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip.

Our stay here was wonderful and we look forward to coming back. Communication was great. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Amazing house in the middle of wine country!
The is a perfect place to stay to explore the Willamette valley. The house is gorgeous, sparkling clean and has all the supplies you need for a great stay. The layout is perfect for couples as each bedroom has its own bath and the rooms are spread out across the house, so lots of privacy. Of particular note - the views are spectacular!! Be sure to pick up firewood on your way in so you can enjoy the amazing firepit and sunsets!!

What a fabulous house for a few relaxing days with family. We appreciated the layout that gave us plenty of private space combined with generous common areas—with views all around. The stupendous kitchen, the multiple big screens, and the bocce ball pitch kept us entertained (while we weren’t out wine tasting).

Location, location, location! Set on a hilltop overlooking the vines and valley of Yamhill, this gorgeous property provides all needed for stay-in and/or run-about options. A large professional cooks kitchen, large screen TV's, an outdoor grill and firepit help support a backyard Bocce ball court. within minutes of wineries and small towns with great dining options! This place is amazing
If you are looking for a house in the Wilamette Valley, look no further. Seriously, this place is amazing. It's not far from Portland and is in a perfect area for local wineries. The house was as clean as could be and has everything you would need for a perfect vacation. The views were outstanding. The kitchen is awesome and well stocked. Making meals at the house was a joy. If we ever return to the area, I see no reason to look for another spot.

Great location
The property is laid out well and reflects the pictures very well. Good information on wine tasting, and there were four wineries that you could taste at for free for up to 4-6 people - this saved us over $450 in tasting fees. Great communication via email and text before and during. Well stocked with seasonings and some basics like oil. Nice wet bar area. The only negative was a bit of a sulpher smell from the well in the detached bedroom. Overall a great place, location, service, and price. Will stay at again!

Beautiful home that falls short
The house is lovely, well stocked and has beautiful views. Sadly, the shades don’t work, the independent ice maker is turned off and the one in the fridge is painfully slow. The bed in the 3rd bedroom is horrible and the whole bedroom and bath are uncomfortable - 3rd class to the rest of the house. Also water in that bathroom has a strong sulfur smell. All of this could and should be fixed to return the property to its reported premium status.

The best way to describe this home is WOW! Our stay was at the beginning of September. The view from the back porch over the vineyard and to the coastal mountain range was out of this world. Every room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The home is extremely spacious and there was plenty of room for us to relax. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating so you can enjoy the spectacular view from every angle. A short 5-minute drive to the local town was very convenient. The hosts had great communication that made the check-in and checkout process flawless. When we come back to experience Willamette Valley, we'd love to stay here again.

Stunning Wine Country Views
My sister and I needed a place to stay with our kids for a family wedding in Yamhill. This gorgeous home was perfect. Three ensuite rooms (one detached near the bocce court). The home was beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the large living area and kitchen for cooking, sharing meals, and playing games. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time for the wedding. We didn't get a chance to enjoy any wine tasting but we will be back another time for that.

Fantastic!
Beautiful property! The view was unparalleled. Absolutely stunning. House was gorgeous and clean as a whistle. Note for others: one br (with the trundle) is actually in a separate building. It has its own shower and bath, but I didn't realize it wasn't part of the house. With younger kids, this could present a problem. For our family with slightly older kids, it worked out fine. Absolutely stunning in every capacity!

Fabulous accommodations
The view is stunning at night and during coffee in the morning. It’s a winding country road to the property. We were content to spend our evenings there. Every amenity is provided and then some!! Our only concern was the bedroom adjacent to the main house. We were not aware it had no air conditioning just a fan and that it was not on the same well … sulfur water. Because we were splitting the price, that was an issue for us. We adapted. Used the half bath in the main house and shared a shower but that was unfortunate. Otherwise one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

Beautiful home with a fantastic view
An absolutely beautiful property with a chef’s kitchen, great for cooking meals in with friends and enjoying the view after a day of wine tasting. Property management company was quick to respond and provided great informational materials. To note, the third bedroom/bathroom that is built out of the back of the garage is very comfortable but not at the same level of luxury as the rest of the property.
