"It was very nice property but there only one onset facility except for the foot bath that was not covered and small… and the property only had one lounge area which serviced some rings & snacks but the lounge was too small for the amount of guess. "Incredible experience at Suzukiya Ryokan! Staff is incredible! They speak some English and you can communicate perfectly fine with all of them. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming! The room was very traditional with straw mats, room dividers, very comfortable beds on the floor. Hot spring baths indoors as well as outdoors were absolutely fantastic! They are separated by gender, you wash up before entering a really hot bath and relax like you haven't relaxed in a long time! Then they bring...

"Great traditional Japanese Ryokan. They were comfortable with foreigners and did thier best to make us feel welcome. The Onsen was a wonderful and the dinner and breakfast provided were amazing. Probably some of the best Miso I have had. If you are not familiar with Onsen, I recommend watching a YouTube video or two to get an idea of what needs to be done. It is about a 15 minute Taxi ride to the Zao Fox Village, which is worth visiting as well."

"良くも悪くも、この地方のバブル期の感じの宿でした。 サービスは一般的な他の宿の数段上ですが… それじゃない感が… 料理も美味しく、素人目に見てもいい素材を使ってます。 隠し包丁を入れずに箸で切れる牛タンとか久しぶりに食べました。 祝い事での利用でしたが、子供も多くいたので騒がしい中、スタッフの方々は良くして頂きました。 露天付き客室の雰囲気も良かったので、今回のような(子供が多く、足の不自由な人もいる)使い方であれば非常に良かったと思います。 カップルには向かないかな？"
