"Great location close to everything. a lot of restaurants nearby. Public transport to Shinkansen station close by, Tram to Miyajimaguchi is not to far either. Walking distance to Peace Memorial. The staffs are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The room is clean and the facilities seem new. I like the bunk bed concept, which gives me more space. "This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa. Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. Note: the bathroom facilities were a little rugged, if that's important to you."

"I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request."
