Great Hotel, very helpful staff and comfortable stay. We had to stay there for a long period of time as we get settled in Yalova. A big big thank you to Saja for being extremely helpful the entire time. She took care of all our needs, checked us in very punctually, ensured our 8 month baby was taken care of quickly. She not only helped us daily with any requests related to the hotel that we needed daily, but was also very helpful in helping us adjust to our new home in Yalova. Her exceptional customer service skills were a big reason of why we extended our stay for as long as we did at this hotel. Thank you again Saja.

Didn’t give us enough water, coffee. Our shampoo, liquid soap were empty, forgot to clean our room twice in one week Cleaned half of the room. Didn’t speak a word of English. Finally they apologized and sent us a small fruit basket.

The hotel is next to a highway and a bit far from the market and shopping area. However, one side has a lush green hilly view and is in a peaceful location.

I First Time to be stolen by the hotel with the agreenace of the manager When I reach the property they told me that there is no booking in my name And I booked non refundable and told me the hotel is fully booked and no room for me I had to take the luggage again to the car and the hotel.com service centers told me to leave and they will refund my money Now this hotel refused to refund me and still waiting for hotel.com to bring me back my money

I believe this is my first negative review ever . A bunch of inexperienced pity kids with absolutely no knowledge of hotel customer service . I travel at least 3-4 times a year, I have never seen such hotel customer service before. in addition , they don’t speak English The details are too long to write here, but they were fighting me over my request for clean towels .They didn’t clean my room ( a suite for 4 people) and started fighting with me when I asked for towels. They were incredibly rude and unbelievably disrespectful. When you have such experience, nothing else matters, I wanted to escape from Turkey .the location is very far from the city, you should have a car , but the hotel is new . Good luck with being successful with such customer service in a competitive industry . I suggest to hire at least one experienced person to manage those kids.

otel konum olarak araba ile ulaşıla bilecek bir yerde ama bulunduğu yere nazar konfor hizmet ve ilgi çok güzeldi benim astım rahatsızlığım olduğu için tuttuğumuz oda basık gelmişti hiç sorunsuz bir şekilde odamızı daha ferah bir oda ile değiştirip hiç bir fark almadan bu konuda yardımcı oldular kahvaltı dahil bir palet almıştık kahvaltı seçenekleri çok güzeldi güzel bir yalova turundan sonra otelin hamam ve sauna hizmeti misafirlerine ücretsizdi çok güzel bir hamam odası mevcuttu ilk defa hamam deneyimi yaşamış olmam ve bu hizmetten mutlu ayrılmamız beni çok sevindirdi :) akşam yemeği için menüleri çeşitli ve uygun bütçeliydi iki kişi çok güzel bir akşam geçirdik şöminede ateşin başında çok güzel bir ambiyansları vardı aile arkada gruplarına tavsiye ederim özel maşaj terapileri kese köpük gibi spa imkanlarıda vardı fiyatlarıda gayet uygundu hafta sonu kaçamaklarında veya yaz tatilinde gitmek isteyenlere tavsiye ederim otelin güzelde bir havuzu vardı :) çocuklar için de çok güzel alanlarda sunumuşlardı 🙂

Gutes Familienhotel
Gutes Hotel mit Familie zu besuchen mitten im Waldgebiet. Etwas abseits der Stadt jedoch ruhige Gegend. Abendessen war gut und preislich OK. Die Musik am Pool ist etwas zu laut aber sonst ist alles ok
