Bamanija | An outstanding 5-bedroom luxury villa in Puerto Calero

Bamanija certainly sets a new standard for luxury villas in Lanzarote. This new five-bedroom, five-bathroom property is located in Puerto Calero, the most exclusive urbanization on the island, which frequently hosts large superyachts in its marina, a beautiful harbour full of excellent restaurants and high-end shops.

As soon as you cross the front door, it is impossible not to gasp at the enormous sensation of space that the house transmits. An open floor plan, which unites the hall, living room, dining room and kitchen, and a front of almost 10 meters of aluminum and glass through which the Atlantic Ocean can be seen. The living room has a large sofa located in front of a 75-inch TV equipped with IPTV. Right behind the sofa, an impressive dining table with capacity for 10 people and a large open kitchen with an island with a ceramic hob. The ground floor is completed by a toilet next to the hall, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a large en-suite bathroom equipped with a separate shower and bathtub, and direct access to the terrace and pool area.

From the living room it is impossible not to take your eyes off the impressive 25-meter long pool that presides over the terrace, perfectly oriented to the south. The pool has an automatic retractable cover, as well as a heat pump to maintain an ideal temperature even in the coldest months of the year. The terrace is completed with a wonderful barbecue area, a large outdoor table with capacity for 12 people, and an outdoor sofa with a low table. On the right side there is access to a traditional Canarian ball court and a large multipurpose area that can be used to practice yoga or exercises with the family.

Back in the house, on the upper floor we find two huge bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the right side we find the master bedroom, which has a two-meter-wide double bed and fitted wardrobes, as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a bathtub and its own terrace. On the left side, a bedroom with two single beds pushed together and a built-in wardrobe, as well as an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower. Both bedrooms share a massive upper terrace equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing, and comfortable outdoor furniture where you can relax while contemplating the ocean.

On the lower floor of the house we find two other bedrooms, sharing their own living room and garden area. On the right side, a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the left side, another bedroom with two single beds, an additional sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. From the garden area, which fills both bedrooms with light, there is direct access to the upper terrace and the pool. The lower floor is completed by a magnificent games room equipped with billiards, table football, ping-pong table and darts, as well as its own bar and fridge and a music system that will allow you to spend unforgettable evenings with family or friends.

The villa has centralized air conditioning throughout the house, with personalized controls in each room connected to a modern central home automation panel from where you can control different aspects of the house. Likewise, there is high-speed WiFi coverage throughout the property, with a dedicated fiber optic line, and alarm with security cameras. Outside, there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles, as well as numerous safe parking spaces on the street, since the urbanization has private security 24 hours a day.


Note: Please bear in mind that for the last year there has been construction works in the neighbourhood. This might cause some noise during certain periods of time. Fantastic
The Villa is stunning - the pictures do not do it justice. Everything had been thought of to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Very clean and comfortable- nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be staying again. Can’t wait!!

Absolutely Stunning Villa
We spent a week here in late July / early August. Was so impressed with the communication and information provided before our holiday and also any queries / issues we had were dealt with immediately. The villa was stunning with a 25m infinity pool. Plenty of space for our extended family holiday and a great location with just a short walk to the restaurants of Puerto Calero. Some construction noise on weekdays but we were warned of this and chose to continue with our holiday regardless. The villa had everything we needed and more for the week - beds were super comfy and David the local rep was super helpful. We definitely hope to return!

Fantastic villa and service
This villa is amazing it’s beautifully designed and the interior is luxurious and comfortable there has been no expense spared, it’s light spacious and very well equipped there was no expectation that wasn’t met. It’s in a lovely quiet location the pool is a great size and the grassy area in the garden is great fir kids to run around in. The games room downstairs has just about everything to keep both adults and kids entertained if you want to escape the sun for a while. Buenavilla management team were excellent and responded to any requests rapidly and efficiently they provided an excellent service throughout our stay will certainly look to return.
