We barely left the hotel the entire time we were there! there were power outages in the city but the hotel generator quickly kicks in so you as a guest don’t even feel the black out! The property is a bit dated and they are currently doing renovations. They can also use more English speaking staff at the front desk if they want to appeal more to North American English speaking travelers."
