"Ultimate relaxation- staying in the Ocean Villas ment we were within 20 odd metres to the Mill Beach. The soothing sounds of the ocean waves, birds and the company of the Roo’s made this weekender a refreshing holiday. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay meant we could explore the restaurants and cafes there. We didn’t get much time to spend in the park but there were plenty of kids having fun- riding bicycles and even some buggies. "

"We enjoyed our stay, fully immersed in nature including having native animals around us all the time. Limited options for eating out as we had to drive 30 minutes to Town to eat, otherwise an excellent stay"

"Beautiful spot, absolutely stunning view from our cabin. Loved waking up to the wildlife around the park, could do with a kids playground but that was the only negative. Will definitely be back "

"It was a great location for children and families. Not so much for singles or couples. Was very noisy on the weekend (, although joyful noise of children) but also very noisy during week doing repairs and cutting tree branches!! I would definitely recommend this place for families."

"Beautiful room decor, comfy bed, pristine bathroom and shower, high end toiletries, great selection of drinks and snacks for purchase. After hours check in was easy and the manager responded quickly to my questions. The view from the front balcony was excellent and private. Full window across the front wall, opening to the deck, gave a full view of the marina. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Loved this stay and highly recommend!!!"

"The check in process through Trivago was a mess - booked at just after 3.00 pm , arrived about 10 minutes later, room not ready and luckily staff still on site - cleaned room - excellent. Whilst waiting I was informed that my payment had been rejected - turned out to be an administrative error by staff on site. Must say, staff very apologetic and good to deal with."

"Great Pool, Super Comfortable bed, Immaculately Clean, Newly furbished and fitted. However Hot Water is very sow to heat and only heats to mild or luke warm by my rating. Staff did indicate Spa in my room was not functional, and I agreed, so not a complaint. Lots of car parks, safely lit at night. lock switch and deadlatch. all good, except fan in bathroom and spa on same circuit as light, frustrating, but, insistent on fan function. 4/5. Vale for Money 3.5/5. Mid-Market. Does have in house...

"Stayed at the Zorba many years ago and it was still as good as then, Staff helpful and friendly and it is central for walking to shops or the Marina, Would recommend a stay there."
