"Classic hotel with beautiful stairway and entrance. The room had an extra large king size bed that can fit four of us! Breakfast buffet is plentiful, with both Chinese and Western offerings. It's nice to walk around the neighborhood with many historical buildings. "

"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."

"Although it is stated as a non-smoking hotel, you can smell smoke almost everywhere, such as in the lobby, elevator, back door, hallway and even in the shower in the room. The front desk can’t do anything except apologize."
