"Good place to stay for visiting Western Sicily. The pool area is beautiful and has a stunning view. As there were only 3 of us staying, this place gave us lots of space and the separate room and bathroom was lovely for our adult daughter to have her own private space. Good location for travel to lovely cove beaches and about an hour from San Vito Capo beach and not far from Palermo. Scopello is a must visit for evening dining in a beautiful setting. "This house was beautiful and the pool was fantastic but the road to the house was very dangerous and guests definitely need a four wheel drive to get to the house. The house was a bit spooky at nights. Top floor was very noisy and everything shook when you moved and lots of noise from rats in the walls, and birds and shutters moving... so a bit scary for my taste. However Paolo was super nice and took very good care of us."

"The villa is very clean and comfortable and the hosts keep in touch so that you feel very secure throughout the booking process. It's situated off the main road amongst a beautiful backdrop of mountains and sea. It's airy and cool even in high temperatures. In terms of the local area - there are some wonderful beaches all around but you will need a car as it is off a main road and the local eateries are a short car drive away."

"The villa is pleasant enough situated just down the road from the village. We had several issues with it when we arrived but they were quickly sorted out by Claudia and her father who were both endlessly helpful. Watch out for biting insects which were a real plague despite insect repellent and citronella candles. Scopello is a pleasant little village with some nice places to eat. It seems to host a wedding every night so can be quite noisy. There are some lovely but rocky beaches nearby and...

"San Vito sells itself, but this house is a real treasure! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you needed. The pools and grounds are outrageous. Highly recommend!"

"You will find that the host is wonderful and very accommodating. He takes great care in maintaining his property and the grounds. The garden surrounding the house are like an oasis. The property around the house had many seating areas wonderful for entertaining. Although you do need a car to get around, we would highly recommend this property."

"As a family, we had a great time at this villa. You will definitely need a car to travel around the island - but ensure that your rental isn’t too large as many roads in Sicily are narrow! "Das Haus liegt in einer wenig besiedelten schönen Landschaft, nur durch einen Feldweg vom Meer getrennt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. "This Villa is beautiful and a great size for a group of friends or family, but the best part of this place was the accommodation of the hosts. We had Francesco who greeted us and looked after us for the week, organising a boat trip for us, and as a group of friends who wasn’t driving he provided us a phone number for a great taxi company that were there for us whenever we needed.
