It would have been nice to get complimentary bottled water in the room every day and not just one small bottle between the two of us on the first day only. "The staff on the desk were very polite and pleasant. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Our rooms were very clean - loved the enclosed balcony as it was December. We stayed at New Year and was lucky to have the celebrations literally outside the hotel. Loads of places to eat nearby, also supermarkets for what else you may need. Used the tram to Altea which was very reasonable."

"The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. Breakfast a quite basic but it’s ok...
