"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."

"What Could Have Been - The cozy duplex looked fantastic in the photos, sized just right for our family and had so much potential to be an amazing Christmas in Guangzhou, but alas.. the upkeep (or lack thereof) of items inside and missed attention to hygiene turned off my family so much we had to seek to cancel rest of our stay shortly after arrival. "I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....

"The area was very close 5 mins walk to chimelong resorts and theme parks which is a must to visit, particularly the circus.
