"My first experience I ask opportunity of brand hotel for need helpful as reception staff was excellent hosting me going to find the right hotel. Staff phoned mobile phone for how to direction to get an apartment building. We found out this apartment but it was unpleasant road(path was under construction) I thought photo websites were perfect but in real life room was dark awful and unclean cupboard and kitchen has no wok, no cutlery, no plates. "Remarkably bad location. Not in Nanjing, but in the county outside the city. Took 45 minutes on taxI to enter the city. Hotel picture shows a highrise hotel-misleading! Only one floor of a hghrise and no signs with name of Shu Ge Hotel, but name was Bravo. No one spoke English, they had no maps of the area- were totally incapable of providing tourism assistance."
