"Great"

"This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian."

"Bayshore Hotel in Dalian was nice and comfortable. However, the strange circular shower in the middle of the room had a leak that left the bathroom floor soaking wet. I requested some additional towels to our room since we used ours to put on the floor to mop up the volume of water that leaked but the staff just gave use 4 hand towels. That was disappointing. Nice location and close to Xinghai square, which is a great park on the waterfront."

"I just completed a 3 week stay in Dalian and surrounding area. Hotel was very close in experience to a Shangri-La. Cleanliness was very good, rooms were great. Housekeeping staff was outstanding as was laundry service. Pool use requires bathing cap and a couple other rules. What passes for a business office is not what I expected and requires staff assistance. Scope of business office services is limited, don't count on needing anything printed. Not a lot of western travelers frequent the...
