Nestled in a quiet alley, this charming farmhouse has undergone careful restoration, preserving its traditional charm while incorporating modern conveniences like the whitewashed staircase and vibrant red kitchen cabinets. Original features such as the weathered limestone walls, lofty ceilings, graceful arches, and even the old mangers have been retained. Despite its age of over two centuries, the property offers ample space and floods of natural light.
Outside, the expansive grounds cater well to groups of all sizes. The south-facing pool deck boasts a sizable swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and comfortable armchairs. Additionally, a charcoal BBQ and dining table are available for outdoor dining. Two terraces overlooking the pool provide further opportunities for basking in the sun.
With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including three en-suite, the farmhouse comfortably accommodates guests. Air conditioning, operated by a coin meter, ensures comfort throughout. Situated in a tranquil rural setting, the only interruptions to the serene atmosphere are the occasional neighs of neighbouring horses. This property truly offers an ideal retreat for a peaceful holiday getaway.

- All beds will be made with appropriate bed linen, and extra blankets are available in the wardrobes for additional comfort.
- Two towels per person will be provided and placed on the beds for your convenience.

- Bedrooms are equipped with AC units for cooling and heating, operated by an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed on the property. Each AC unit consumes approximately €2.25 per night.

Malta Government Eco Tax:
Please note that the price does not include the Malta Eco Tax, which is required by law for all tourists, including locals aged 18 and over. The tax is €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands, capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This tax is to be paid locally in cash only at check-in by one of our staff members.
Fully refundable security deposit:
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of €400 for properties with a private pool is required to cover any damages (excluding normal wear and tear) or missing items. This amount will be charged from the card on file along with the rest of the amount due 2 weeks before the arrival date. The deposit will be automatically refunded within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes has 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to the guest in writing.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to Gozo:
Arrive at Malta International Airport and then take a ferry crossing from Cirkewwa terminal to Gozo including car and passenger or alternatively take Fast ferry to from Valletta. We offer car hire and/or direct transfers from the airport to the property after completing the booking by filling out our flight arrival and departure details form.
