Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Amazing space! Would definitely stay again!
Everything about this property was fantastic! Very homey, everything you need in the kitchen, the Internet was high speed, and the bed was comfy. The whole place has been remodeled so all the features were brand new and the place was cleaned spotless! Things were quiet at night for sleeping with no disturbances and the communication with the host was awesome! The pictures match how the home feels and looks! It's a perfect home away from home.

Amazing accommodations!
This place was amazing! Such a cute little home and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. They left us snacks, drinks, and even a coffee gift card for a great little coffee shop in town (that was so good)! Highly highly highly recommend, definitely will stay here again!!

Wonderful spa time!
It was wonderful getting away from day to day things with my husband. It was close to checking out some neat local places and the hot tub was nice in the evening . Plus not far from John Bryan park to do some hiking and adventures in Yellow springs. They owners were very thankful!

Wonderful little house

Great space for a couple!!
We loved our anniversary getaway!! The home was easy to find, very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked several meals and the owners very kindly had some necessities like spices, butter, etc. to help. The hot tub was an amazing end to our days!

A delightful place to stay
This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay.

fantastic hosts
2 night stay with puppy. House was immaculate. Hot tub was hot and waiting for me after long day on road. dog treats and people treats were waiting. They even went by before my arrival and added wood to places in fence that weren’t perfectly sealed. Amazing hosts and property. I hope to return and use this property again!

Perfect little house
Had a great stay here for our anniversary weekend. Centrally located to a lot of things. We really enjoyed the hot tub and our trip into yellow springs. Highly recommend this home and the owners are lovely. Bonnie had a cake and some other goodies waiting for us when we got there. It was an awesome weekend!

The Royal Treatment
This beautiful and well-appointed home had everything we needed and more! The owners certainly rolled out the red carpet by providing luxury accommodation with extras for our dog and us. It was hard to leave this sweet cottage.

This place is a hidden gem. From the minute we booked Bonnie and Dave were amazing to work with. You walk in to a house with absolutely everything a person would need. Even though we have family in town we can stay at, we will def be booking here from now on.
