"Vrbo promises we are the only ones there... This property had people living in the basement and we could hear them through the floor and smell their cooking. One night they had friends over until 11:45pm. The bathroom had black mold around the tube and window There was wall paper falling over on the towels in the closet There were loose electrical cords on the floor. The TV required you have your own subscription plans (except YouTube). I did submit a report to Vrbo and they basically said...

"The beds were for children only and not suitable for adults. There was no outside furniture to sit on or to eat. There were no curtains for privacy, no cleaning materials for dishes or spills. No coffee maker or dishes etc. The outside had not seen a lawn mower once this year. This was listed as a vrbo but is actually an arnb as the owner lives above the rental with access to the unit. Very disappointed with this listing.....this was NOT a vacation rental but more like an empty apartment...
