Relax at the Lake
Enjoyed our stay immensely. Great setting,well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We hope Scott and his family get to enjoy the property too.

Awesome lake place

House was clean and very well stocked with anything you might need for cooking. Lake was not too busy for the holiday weekend. Hope to visit again!

Nice spot for a relaxing weekend
We stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. The house is comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood and lake are quiet and clean. The kids played in the water and the adults enjoyed the scenery while playing yard games and going out in the kayaks.

Very nice getaway
I had a great stay at Tim's home. It is very well cared for and we felt very comfortable. The best part was the dock and being right on the water. I highly recommend if you are looking for green space, but still need to be near the city!

Fishing, football, and fun
Quiet and secluded spot far enough away from it all, without being too far. Stayed with some buddies and did some fishing and catching up around a camp fire, then went and saw a Vikings game downtown. Great location, great host.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay at this property. Scott was wonderful, we were very last minute due to an issue with a booking elsewhere that fell through. He made sure the property was ready for us very quickly. We were very thankful he was able to help us out! The property is very clean and very well cared for. The house had anything and everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed all of the birds, both in the yard and at the lake. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but the kids went swimming anyway and had a good time. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful week at the lake!
Great property on Linwood lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Scott made sure everything we were taken care of, even down to leaving a little surprise for the kids. The lake is low but that worked for the kids swimming off the dock. Nice and sandy bottom, and shallow. The fish were not biting but had fun trying to find them! The house is lovely, great for 4 people.

Beautiful location
The house was great, we had what we needed and plenty of room. It was cozy and quiet. The view was amazing and we loved that we had opportunity to use the kayaks and the fire pit. The hosts were fantastic and called us ahead of time to go over any queue may have had. They were flexible with checkin and out times which was fantastic. The only thing we weren’t able to do was get Uber rides at the location because they are not always available depending on when you need a ride. I would stay here again though.

Wonderful Lake House!
We had a fantastic time at this wonderful lake house looking over Lake Linwood. The house is just perfect in every detail including comfortable clean beds, fully stocked kitchen, and kayaks to explore the lake. Scott got back to us right away and was flexible in the check-in, check-out times. the neighbors were so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It was such a quiet neighborhood with lots of eagles and wildlife. The only noisy neighbors were the red squirrels! We will definitely come back again. One of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at.

Fantastic property
Property was great. Wife and I had 1 bedroom and bath and in-laws had the other bedroom and bath. One set upstairs and one set downstairs made it really nice to spread out after busy days. House was stocked really well with whatever was needed. All kinds of dishes and appliances in kitchen, washer and dryer were great. Stocked like someone lives there which is super helpful for those little things that come up when traveling. Deck and backyard had plenty of space and privacy (for a lake place). Quite neighbors and lake wasn’t super busy other than Sunday afternoon. Great communication from owner.

A wonderful time!
The location is ideal. We choose a time when Wasps are preparing for Winter. They took over the beautiful deck area, keeping one of us away from enjoying the superb view and location. The Manager came to the property and sprayed the roof area and deck. It worked until the following afternoon when the Sun encouraged the Wasps to return. I'm highly Allergic to Bees and Wasps, so the decision was made to use the dock area for soaking up the sun and enjoying the Canada Geese, Sand Hill Cranes, and great Blue Herons. This spot is Magical. We will return, and have encouraged our family members to visit this little bit of heaven.

Utterly amazing
Stayed in the residence in mid August. The views are spectacular!! It’s quiet and well worth a trip. The amenities in property make the stay even better. The owner is fantastic and helped with getting us inside even late in the evening.

Cozy lakeside retreat
A great place to relax and retreat. This lovely home is immaculate. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the pier enjoying the lake view.

Great Getaway
We had friends traveling from out of town and didn’t want to add additional drive time by going up north. conveniently located just outside the twin cities. We had a wonderful time and the house couldn’t have been nicer.
