"House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. "Very handy location for the conference centre and a nice three bed house. We had a comfortable stay and would come again. We did have some issues with check in (needed to call to get the key box code as hadn't received it when we arrived) and the sofa bed was broken (there was a thin roll out mattress instead - but not what we were expecting) but the management team did respond to calls, and to messages (if less quickly)."
