"The pool was closed and under renovation and spa that every one is booking this hotel because of it . Need to be booked 6 weeks ahead! Rude and unprofessional reception people at spa. None of the above was mentioned in expedia, as the pool was closed and If I should have booked the spa even weeks before I book the hotel what is the point of spending that much of money!!!I tgey said that the expedia was informed . I want Expedia at least refund half of my money. As all my plans and imaginations...
