Watch the rock pools fill with water on high tide, the rhythmic waves rolling over them. These rock pools are a ideal swimming spot at low tide. Access the beach via Separaration Creek beach and walk along to Wye River at low tide to the Store for brunch or coffee.

With a focus on sustainable living, The Blue House offers a practical and flexible layout within a generously proportioned space comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a powder/laundry room. The entry level offers a large, open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room seamlessly flows through to a king bedroom and expansive en-suite bathroom.

The living room offers flexible seating options to capture the fabulous views alongside a cosy wood heater, Smart TV, and home theatre system. The home caters for modern living with NBN fibre to the premises, supported by a state-of-the-art Smart Modem, excellent Wi-Fi throughout (speed/range) and an innovative built-in 4G mobile network backup in the event of an NBN outage.

A wide expansive wrap around deck from the living/main bedroom takes advantage of the beautiful ocean and coastline views. Outdoor entertaining from the deck is a breeze with a large 9-piece dining setting and Weber family BBQ on hand.

The Blue House also features a true chef’s kitchen, easy to use Breville barista style coffee machine and plenty of space/seating for entertaining.

The powder/laundry room offers guests a large, stacked washing machine and heat pump dryer as well as a second fridge/freezer.

Connecting to the entrance hallway, the lower level comprises a further two bedrooms, a large central bathroom and lots of storage/wardrobe space. This includes a well-appointed Queen bedroom and a versatile kids/flex room accommodating a bunk bed, trundle bed (2 x two singles) and lots of games/books!

This unique offering has been tastefully styled to integrate with the native bush land and coastal environment and will delight guests throughout the seasons.
