"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"

"Hare lodge has everything and more. Karen has provided everything you could possibly need. The lodge was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We were amused by the number of hares around! Beds were extremely comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. We thought Hare lodge was very good value for money. The only thing we didn’t like much was the layout. Having to go out into the conservatory to get to the en suite bedroom wasn’t great, and in winter would be chilly, but we enjoyed our stay...

"Expensive. advertised hot tub but we must have misunderstood there wasnt one, and think the amneties meant a bath tub, very old decor like it or hate it i didnt like it, smelt old and damp garden furnture ready to colapse on you as seemed rotten . I couldnt wait to leave the area made up for it though close to some beautiful beaches and nature reserves which was why we stayed in the area, sorry but wouldnt stay again"

"Stayed here with my Mum and my Sister for a long weekend. First Nathan is a fantastic host , we have never had such a fantastic welcome pack it was very much appreciated. "The barn was spacious and well equipped. Beautiful back garden. Chickens outside of dining room no rooster so very quiet. The host gave us fresh eggs for breakfast. Lovely pub not far had 2 great meals. The property is beautiful with sheep and a horse. Would definitely recommend and return"

"Our overall impression was that the accommodation was not very well maintained The shower room is in need of a new shower cubicle it is grimy and worn. With the wallpaper curling up in several places. There is also a bit of a doggy smell in the lounge. The carpets also need a deep clean. The reception person was very nice and friendly. It was a bit disappointing that the restaurant, cafe and bar close so early or not at all at the weekend in the case of the cafe."

"From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath. Kitchen had all the utensils you would ever need , nice and warm with the aga going which was so in keeping and I didn't burn anything ! Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2dogs. "Had a lovely relaxing break with my partner and another couple. We stayed Friday-Sunday. Lodge was beautiful and clean. Hot tub was excellent and got cleaned whilst we were there. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

Exceptional Stay at Palmers Ale House & Kitchen

"I recently stayed at Palmers, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. My college who I was travelling with managed to book the following day but the staff quickly got a room ready. The check-in process was seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with tea & coffee making facilities, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was warm and cozy. One of the standout aspects was the amazing tasty food and the breakfast had a variety of fresh and tasty options, catering to different dietary needs. Throughout my stay, the team demonstrated exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend Palmers for anyone seeking a family-friendly getaway or business-friendly environment. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

The White Hart Hotel, Boston, Lincolsnhire

Please include directions to car park

"Building itself is old and rather quirky. Room was small but very clean and adequate for stay. Food both in evening and breakfast was exceptional and there is a good choice of beers. Staff all very accommodating - my only gripe would be that listing should include directions to car park - hotel is on a one way system and the postcode takes you to front whereas car park is at rear. Bit of a mare, particularly arriving during rush hour."
