"An excellent hotel in every way. Well appointed room although did not have a fridge. Staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. There are 20 car places out back named for the guest, with a multi story car park above the train station 50 metres away (1 Euro/hr, 12 Euro/ 24 hrs). Very convenient walk to town, supermarket 150 metres away. "

"A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely town. Our room had a delightful view of the Ostsee and was most comfortable. I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but never mind. The attached bar - the Rockeria - is a bit like a TGI Fridays, with the same varied levels of service you’d get there! One guy looked like he’d rather we weren’t there, and another - Marco - went way out of his way to make sure we were happy."

"only negative for me was the breakfast. Would have liked a few sweet breads or rolls. Scrambled eggs were hard and dried out. Not into meats and cheese for breakfast, but that’s me. Should have gone next door for a cappuccino and cookie."

The bicycle storage in the basement is one of the nicest features I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfy and clean. Hope to visit Wismar again soon and will definitely book here when I do"
