"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Das Hotel ist sehr schick, modern, idyllisch im Grünen gelegen. Das Frühstück ist lecker und bietet alles was üblich ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist neu und chic. Das Hotel ist sehr nachhaltig unterwegs, heizt leider die Zimmer nicht vor, daher sollte man nach dem Eintreffen die Heizung starten um dann nicht im kühlen nächtigen zu müssen. Nur aus diesem Grund muss ich der Bank einen Abzug in der Wertung machen."

"Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."

"A really lovely stay in a great location. Pros: Customer service and amazing restaurant. You must have dinner here. Our waitress was so lovely Cons: Found the bed to be really uncomfortable and the pillow even worse. However my husband had no issues! I’m a front sleeper and the huge square pillow was just not comfortable "

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."

Great hotel

"New hotel, that was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and 5 mins to the train station. Family room had a bunk bed and a double bed. Only bad thing is that the floors seemed thin as we could hear the child moving around the door above. If travelling alone the walk to the town involved a walk through an underground tunnel. We found no issues but it could put off a women on her own. There are alternative routes to town, but slightly longer."
