"We want a refund as we could enter the property. something went wrong with the accommodation. We followed the instructions to complete the verify process (twice). The for instructions was to get a password to open after the verify process. It said it would email straight away. But nothing. The email never arrived and the person had to look accommodation elsewhere, she had to pay for the accommodation and car to reach the new place."

"The apartment is newly furnished and supplied with new linens, kitchenware and essentials. I stayed during December and the windows and fans were enough to be very comfortable even though this is a downstairs apartment. Comfortbaly accommodates two."

"Staying at this property was very stressful, we thought we had been scammed. We sent messages, emails and made phone calls that were not responded to. The phone number was an answering machine in another country it seemed. We did not receive details on how to check in until 6.30pm on the day of arrival, when it states check in is at 3pm. They stated they had sent emails which I never received. No apology or any compensation was offered for their lack of communication. We were very stressed all...

"The property looked fantastic from the images and was just as impressive on arrival. A neat complex just off of a main road. Communication with the property owner was good. Some small issues we encountered though. The master bed mattress was well past its used by date as my partner and I were falling into the centre of the bed. The fridge Ice Maker was broken or I could not get it to work? But either way I feel it should have been checked as it was part of our departure instructions to fill...

"The property was advertised as panoramic views, but instead, there was a multi story apartment being built right outside the windows, including the bedroom window. The noise started at 7 am, 6 days a week. We had booked it for a month.We tried to get out after putting up with it for a week. It took another week of me having to constantly trying to contact the property managers Madecomfy. We finally managed to sort out a refund of our last week so we could go somewhere peaceful.
