Family stay
3 adults and 2 kids (ages 6,8) travelling. We booked the room with the bunk bed and slide. The place was clean. We felt welcomed when we arrived and throughout the stay. Mr Chan was very helpful and made nice breakfast in the morning. The place is quiet, and its best to call for a taxi to get in and out. There is a 7/11 closeby if necessary, perhaps a 7 mins walk? Will recommend for those who want to enjoy a cute local type of accommodation. It’s close to Lo Dong night market.

The hotel located near rice fields. It is really quiet . The house is really clean and neat . One a 24 hours 7-11 near by. Only one thing to worry about it is that you have to driving or call taxi If you want to be here or visit other places.

cp值極高的暖心民宿，乾淨親切，會再造訪
事前我有做功課參考各大訂房網朵朵都有高評價才安心訂房的，從入住前的天氣提醒和景點餐廳推薦，都能感受老闆的暖心，我問題頗多他也很有耐性回答呵；入住後除了漂亮有品味最重要的是超級乾淨，連有點潔癖的男友也覺得很不錯。 老闆的服務感覺剛剛好，不是熱情過頭或太冷淡那種，隔音不錯聽不太到隔壁小孩的聲音，早餐還不錯吃也很飽，窗外風景也很美，床是加大版飯店等級很舒服，床單和枕頭白淨都沒發現一根頭髮，可能是新開幕房間也沒有大部分宜蘭民宿都有的潮濕霉味，只是早餐時間都沒能遇上老闆也沒送客無法聊聊覺得有點可惜，綜合以上龜毛二人組覺得cp值還不錯值得推薦給大家哦

老闆很熱情介紹旅遊景點和吃吃喝喝，省掉行程規劃的麻煩，很少民宿能持續維持整體環境的，真的很乾淨睡的很舒服，還有在出發當天更貼心主動告知天氣狀況相關資訊，很推薦的一家民宿。

因為怕塞車一路趕路到宜蘭，約14：40到民宿看能不能先放行李借個廁所，結果敲門鈴後老板一開門態度很不友善，非但沒有問候還直接口氣不悅說我們太早到，吵到他清潔，要我們自己出去晃晃三點後再回去，還指責我們沒有按照他畫的很不明顯的白線停車，但那邊是巷底一般人就是開進去靠邊停，原則多不代表可以對人不禮貌，還讓客人吃閉門羹。房間床單枕頭有味道，反應後雖然更換，但完全不知道網路分數四分是怎麼來的。房間在一樓廚房和餐廳旁邊，隔音和隱私不好，沒有對外窗。早餐不ok，蘿蔔糕和水煎包不熱，咖啡沒味道，唯一比較可取的只有裝潢拍照起來像回事，可是心情已經被弄到完全不想拍照只想快點離開那邊，若不是當天取消會被扣一半，被老板趕走的時候就想換民宿了。去宜蘭玩不少次但難得會讓人不舒服到發負評。

值得親子住宿的民宿！
此次入住家庭房，除了雙人大床，還有雙層床加滑梯，我不到三歲的女兒玩的不亦樂乎！還有許多小玩具，冷暖氣皆有，浴室清潔！感覺的到民宿主人的用心！ 民宿附近有7-11步行即可到達！還有許多知名景點及用餐選擇，民宿主人可為您作推薦，適合造訪宜蘭的遊客住宿！

適合家庭旅遊的優質民宿
交通非常方便:離冬山河園區不到十分鐘，路口也有7-11。 屋況很好: -很新，設備也用得很好 -布置非常用心，每個抽屜都有擺放玩具，小孩根本不想出門，兩個小孩子自己玩得很開心，大人可以充分休息，很適合小學或更小小朋友的家庭 -上下舖的床很大，小孩半夜吵著要大人陪睡也OK -隔音不錯，隔壁也有家庭加小嬰兒，但完全聽不到
