"Customer service was outstanding at Reception, Bar and Wellness Centre. The rooms were spacious. They were very accomodating of mobility issues. The sauna was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

Conveniently located near Excel and the Elizabeth Line railway, which took us to Heathrow Airport any many tourist attractions without having to change trains. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "The hotel provided five-star treatment throughout my stay. Our room on the 13th floor offered a spectacular view overlooking the river and the O2. The accommodation was immaculately clean with a spacious bathroom. While I didn't use the gym during this visit, it's excellently equipped with everything needed for a complete workout. The breakfast featured an extensive buffet with options to satisfy every palate"

"I met three different Reception staff during my stay. All were excellent, helpful, & knowledgeable. Loved my room, & all the ammenities. However, my window faced apartments,so kept the blinds half way down. NB. Reception is a small area, & only has one member of staff on each shift. Plan your checkin, & check out times to take this into consideration ."
