The apartment is located in a modern housing estate on Zarembowicza Street in Wroclaw. Wroclaw airport is located in the vicinity. - 950 m. In the building next door (1 min walk) there is an Italian restaurant Bistrot Italiana. The Strachowicki Park (450 m) with a lake and a playground for children is ideal for a walk or a rest in nature. The centre of Wroclaw can be reached in about 25-30 minutes by car. The property does not have an allocated parking space, but guests may use the first available space at the building, which does not have a lock. However, there is no guarantee of a parking space.
