"Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us. When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered. All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful, thank you. "A very convenient location two minutes away from the old town square and five minutes to the river so easy to get to everything. Good room and facilities Excellent breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful "

"Check in excellent, lady on reception so friendly and kind. Room clean and warm, great size bathroom and good shower. Used the pool and jacuzzi this morning and it had lockers, towels, slippers and a cool pool and lovely warm jacuzzi. There is a sauna but i didnt use it. All the staff we encountered were helpful and nice. Perfect location for the city. Would highly recommend to everyone. Really cant fault it."
