It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. fully turfed private rooftop deck.

*There is NO assigned parking for the unit, we do provide ONE Wrightsville Beach residential parking pass which allows you to park in many of the spaces around the island for free (restrictions will be on the back side of the pass).

The Sunsetter is in the heart of ‘downtown Wrightsville Beach’ but is tucked away from the major commotion. Get to any of Wrightsville Beach's favorite places in seconds or walk right across the street and go for a walk around the island via The Loop!

Getting Around:
1 Town of Wrightsville Beach parking pass will be on the counter at check-in. Rules and regulations for parking will be on the back side of the pass.
Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily at the rate of $5.00 per hour.
Other Things to Note:
1. NO assigned parking- One WB parking pass provided.
2. ***NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit***
3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
