Imagine escaping to this Duneridge Estates vacation getaway. Picture yourself sitting on the deck. Now close your eyes, can you feel the summer breezes, glimpse the seagulls flying overhead and sense the sun gently beaming down on you... are you ready?

Step into the quiet world of 2314 N. Lumina Ave
located on the northern end of Wrightsville Beach on a private cul-de-sac with no public parking, this wonderful vacation property offers ocean views along with attractive and comfortable accommodations.

A spacious deck on the main level and second level deck with beautiful views of the oceans just a short walk away.

Beautifully decorated inside and out, once you enter the tiled foyer you know you are about to experience a vacation home unlike all the rest. The open floor plan found in the main living area offers more than enough space for everyone to gather and share good times together. With a large and open kitchen the entire family can get together as meals or snacks are being prepared. This home boasts a breakfast nook, seating at the granite kitchen island and a formal dining area with more than enough room for everyone. With high ceilings and an abundance of natural light you will enjoy relaxing in the living room as you sink into one of the 3 soft leather couches or love seat. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms with a Jack 'n Jill bath. One bedroom has 2 full sized beds and the other offers a queen.

On the next level is the master suite with deck views of the Atlantic Ocean. Around the corner is the fourth bedroom with a built in bunk style beds with 2 full mattresses. Take a walk down the open hallway overlooking the living room and with oceans views out the upper level windows, and you will find the fifth bedroom with 2 full size beds.

If you need to get away by yourself for a little while, take a book and relax in the den/tv room as you get comfortable in the inviting leather chair or stretch out on the couch and watch some TV. Just off the den is an additional deck looking out on the ocean.

The ocean views, attractive accommodations and convenient beach access just steps away, a 2 minute walk.. The section of the beach is perfect for delightful walks to the the north and south. The beauty and convenience will make this your favorite vacation home!

Great family beach house.
This property is well laid out for fun family vacations. The open floor plan and outdoor decks allow for comfortable gatherings. Located in the nicest part of Wrightsville Beach, it’s and easy walk to the ocean. The host was very accommodating.

Beautiful home with a great location.
We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our party included my four adult daughters, their spouses, and my two- year- old grandson. The location was perfect since the beach is accessible from the very private neighborhood. Virginia, the owner, is very nice and welcoming.

Ladies Weekend on the beach
Perfect location, big house for our large group of women who came in to town for a tennis tournament. Beautiful weather, we enjoyed long walks on the beach and driving in to Wilmington for our tennis matches. Everything was perfect!

Great house for wedding week
We rented this home the week leading up to our wedding. So many of our friends and family were able to gather here for pre-wedding celebrations. The house was great! It is in such a great location. A very cozy home and kitchen is filled with everything you could need! Would definitely rent again :)

A hidden gem
The pictures do not do this property justice! Access five Wrightsville Beach is by far the best place to be if you are looking to stay away from the tourists. Both of the decks offer plenty of room for several people to father. We even hosted our own private chef for a shrimp boil off of the living room deck with room for 14 girls to eat. Virginia was extremely responsive and kind. We will absolutely be booking here again!!

Beautiful home
The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is situated in a great area with a very short walk to the beach. We were there for a girls trip with 7 women and had a wonderful time. The kitchen includes many amenities, with a wonderful deck - great for morning coffee and evening drinks. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again for our annual gathering!

Amazing Week at Deck Time
Our family including grandparents, kids and grandkids had a fantastic week at Deck Time. The location was perfect, such a short walk to the beach. The home was well equipped, comfortable and beautiful inside and out. The two levels of decks with seating were a great place to spend the mornings and evenings! Virginia was a terrific host. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return next summer!

Family Celebration
The house was perfect in every way! Truly a wonderful house to enjoy the family and spend time at the beach. There is plenty of outdoor seating on both the upper and lower deck. It is beautifully decorated and has everything that we needed to enjoy our family celebration. The owner was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay a top experience. My favorite beach in the world!
My family and I have been renting Virgina's house for a decade and the renovation is really beautiful! The island is huge and plenty of seating for dining. The house is big enough for three generations to really enjoy our time together. The location is perfect; easy access to beach path- no major roads to cross and outdoor shower make coming in from the sand a breeze. Lots of parking for us and friends that stop by. We will continue to rent this house for many more years to come.

Amazing outdoor space
The location of this rental was great! Only a short walk to the beach and the views were amazing. The outdoor seating was awesome and the fact there was so much, we loved it! It was a very clean and well put together home. We appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen with pans and enough plates and silverware so we weren't having to do the dishes after every meal. The bathroom situation for a full house of this size was a bit too heavy and having to rent the linen was a hassle. We actually ended up buying the linens which was cheaper than renting from a third party company. It also would have been nice to have some soap and paper towels to start with. Most places now give you a little something. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

Very nice!!!!
For anyone looking for a very spacious place at a bargain price this is the property for you. a couple of the members of my family has difficulty walking so we were concerned about renting a house that wasnt beach front but after arriving we realized its still closer to the sand than many other places we have stayed in the past. We were impressed that you can actually use the garage on both ends of the house to park in or keep all fishing or beach chairs ect. tucked away plus a drive way in the front to hold five cars. The kitchen is very well equiped for those who prefer to eat in. The decks are large and have nice chairs and lounges for enjoying the sun or a cup of coffee to start your day. Lastly i must mention the outdoor shower. Sadly i didnt discover how nice this was till my last day of our stay. YOU MUST TRY THIS!!!! This will definitely be a home we will return to. Thanks Virginia for being so nice and accommodating.

Friends Beach Getaway!
6 of us stayed at this beach house and had such a wonderful time! The pictures are not only accurate but it’s even better in person. The living room is comfy and can accommodate a large group to spread out, play a game, and enjoy a chill night after a long day at the beach. The beach access is so prime as well, just a quick few minute walk to your beach access- no fuss and no stress. Great time!
