As you enter the home you are welcomed by an open concept floor plan which helps you keep an eye on little ones while preparing meals and stay connected with loved ones. A Roku enabled television in the living room is complemented by two sofas that provide a great space to kick back and catch up on your favorite Netflix series after a long day of sun and sand. The covered deck off the living area is the perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee, outdoor dining, and people-watching! A nicely updated kitchen features granite counter tops and plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Whether you decide to grill out, cook at home, or enjoy flavors from the local restaurants “Hawes” has the perfect place to sit and enjoy good food with good company.

The converted carport offers a great space to hang out and enjoy the waves crashing in the background. A gas grill and secondary outdoor dining area offer the perfect setting to spend time in the shade and salt air. Grab a paddle and challenge a family member to a competitive game of ping pong or pull up a chair and enjoy your favorite show - this outdoor space is sure to capture the heart of any outdoor lover or teen! An enclosed outdoor shower with changing room is an added convenience for washing away the sand from the day.

The main living level has a full bathroom located in the hallway that adjoins the guest room at the end of the hall. A gorgeous walk-in shower with glass door is accented by custom tile with lovely green hues. The hall bath connects with the guest room on this level which is furnished with two twin sized beds and a Roku enabled tv.

Upstairs the junior primary suite features soothing ocean tones. Furnished with a king-sized bed, this room offers a small sitting area, Roku television, and a private on-site bathroom. The bathroom has spectacular tile work in the walk-in shower that pulls in the blue hues from the bedroom and creates a peaceful haven. Families love the privacy and space that this floor plan offers! Down the hall you will find the laundry facilities behind a rolling barn door.

The spacious primary bedroom is the star of the show! Furnished with a large king-sized bed, this room has a bold style and everything you could ever want for on a vacation. College Reunion Weekend
Pros: Property is in a great location!!! Easy walk to beach and the main restaurants/bars in Wrightsville. House was clean with upgraded bathrooms. Negatives: Granted it was a hot weekend but A/C struggled to get upstairs below 75 even at night. WiFi was terrible so unable to watch TV in early am or at end of day.

Previous reviewers need to relax. For the place you can’t beat the location or the property. Is this the Plaza, no, but it’s an awesome place within steps from the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Great site, a bit outdated
The house is right next to beach access. The beach is great and not too crowded and very family friendly. The house was plenty big enough for 6 adults. With a couple of porches to sit on. Comfortable beds. TV and cable in all bedrooms and living rooms and good wifi. I would say the only thing is the furniture is very outdated and could do with sprucing up. The sectional sofa in the living room is pretty old and lumpy and everything looks like it's from the 80s! The kitchen looked like it had a recent refurbish and there are plenty of appliances and utensils. You will need to bring everything with you to cook however as there are no condiments etc.. However it was a great spot Wrightsville has easy access to wilmington and tons of restaurants and shops. The realtor was very nice and called us a couple of times on route to check in and during the week. The realtors office is a 2 minute walk. Check in was very easy. Parking is available for 2 vehicles and you will receive permits. There is a ping pong table in the car port but it was too hot to use it. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off from the beach - it could do with some tlc!
