"What I expected "

"We had to request two towels because our room only had one. I liked the new remodeling, it has both a refrigerator and a microwave. I have found many hotels don’t have either. The breakfast on Sunday 8 - 10. We were running late to breakfast got there at 10, yet they refilled all the hot items. Very thankful. "

"Loved the house, very clean, great amenities (lots of coffee, plenty of towels, shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower, extra blankets). The deck and lake view were perfect in the morning with a cup of coffee. Checkin was easy and Michael provided good communication and instructions. We didn’t end up using the kayaks but it was nice they were available if we’d had time. The bedroom ceiling is not very soundproof so light sleepers be warned if someone stays in the upstairs bedroom, but otherwise we really liked everything about the house and would definitely stay again!"

"Wonderful place! Lots of space and everything you need from kitchen items (plenty of items for a large group, including kids plates and cups) to board games and firewood. Our families favorites included the hot tub, firepit, big king beds, great kids sleep space, big table for everyone to eat together at once. My favorite was the cleanliness. "

"Our stay was great!! The cabin is quaint and settled in the trees and wildlife, many deer were seen! There were lights on when we arrived, enough blankets to keep us warm, and very welcoming. This is not a negative, only an observation for your next guests. The cabin was cold when we arrived after dark and took us a bit to figure out the thermostat. The cabin is located on gravel and the terrain was that of a gravel road. Glad that we had our truck and not our Volvo. Again, we loved our stay and would most definitely stay here again!! "

"We had a bit of an issue checking in at the gate and then getting in contact with Lauren, but she worked hard to correct the issue. She was VERY appologetic, and I could tell this was NOT typical for her. Honestly, it all worked out fine because it gave us an excuse to check out the nearby winery while we waited for a resolution! The chalet and property grounds are spectacular. The dock, deck, and waterfront is beautiful. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails while soaking up the view. The kayaks were super fun, and the wildlife was exciting to watch! The king bed was comfy and the streaming services worked great. After a long morning of hiking, the super clean hot tub was awesome! I have been to Innsbrook several times, and this definitely the best chalet I have stayed in for couples! I will definitely keep this chalet in mind next time my husband and I get away! "This place was incredible! We’ve been to Innsbrook multiple times and this is by far our favorite place to stay now! Mandy was great to work with, communication was fantastic. The fire pit with swings was so cozy, the hot tub was amazing and the beds were so soft. We will be coming back! "
