Welcome to Wild Heron Escape, a newly renovated and beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath A-frame chalet tucked away at the edge of Blue Heron Lake. Light-filled, with a serene lake view out of the floor-to-ceiling windows, this chalet is the perfect getaway from the stress of everyday life. The cozy interior makes for a perfect night in front of the fire, and the furnished glass-enclosed sunroom allows for plenty of room to spread out. The wraparound deck, fire pit, and private dock create a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces. Fireside or waterside, put your feet up with a good book and relax...
The first floor features a living area with a stone fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen stocked with all the tools you'll need for preparing meals during your stay. There is a first-floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a loft area with 2 twin beds, a private bedroom with king sized bed, and a second full bath. Please note this vacation rental does not have a washer/dryer or a dishwasher.
The lakeside dock is a great spot for fishing, reading, and sunning. Or, take advantage of the two kayaks and canoe at the chalet, and enjoy a ride around the lake. During the warmer months, try out the paddle board! Wild Heron Escape is the perfect place to enjoy time away with family or friends. Your dogs are welcome too!
This chalet is on a septic tank and does not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher. The laundry facilities are located at the Charrette Creek Commons and feature two coin-operated washers and dryers are open daily from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. on a first-come, first serve basis. Available for the use of property owners and registered guests. Detergent is also available for a fee.
Please note that we charge a one-time property damage protection fee. This is a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen.
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We do have early check-in options, but cannot guarantee early check-in until the day before your stay. To respect the neighbors, our property owners, and Innsbrook Resort's rental policies, we do not allow large events or gatherings at our chalets (typically 10-15 people).
