"The room that I was originally allocated opened out to a number of aircon units, which were noisy with the balcony door open. I found this considerably challenging and upsetting, so raised my concerns with the reception staff. The manager appreciated my issues with the room, and was kind enough to move me to a nicer room, which I was very happy with. 10/10 for the service I received. "

The lodge was clean with a dazzling array of bathroom hygiene and breakfast options available. Our only complaint was a cheeky kangaroo blocking the driveway at night.
