"Had a lovely time. The staff were very helpful. We had a nice room. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for us. Very hot rooms. We turned off the heating and opened the windows. A lot of Mold, spiders and cobwebs around the windows. The pool area was great. We had slippers and robes provided, very helpful for walking to the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, would have preferred table service. "

"Second stay at the hotel, and a pleasant couple of night. Great to see a hotel with EV charging points making the trip around East Anglia and back to Cheshire an easier exercise. Hotel is clean and spacious and rooms good, except no glasses in room for water. Spa and pool great and breakfast was well covered for all peoples requirements. "

"We stayed there for one night, myself, my wife and two 15yr olds. I thought it was exceptional value for money. The price of the room including breakfast for 4 was really cheap, but the fact that we were all able to use the gym (which was excellent with very new equipment) and have a swim and steam and sauna all included. It meant it really made a good trip for the night. The only downfall was although the restaurant was nice, the food was well over priced for what it was, it wasnt great and the...

"Fantastic location for football and great staff"

"We arrived at about 10am and check in is 3pm. They put our bags in storage and we went to get something to eat. About 1:30 we returned to check on the room. It was ready and they had already moved our bags to the room. The room was well serviced each day."

"Clean , staff very friendly and helpful , food was excellent. Shower tray doesnt hold the water and doesn't drain properly, having to wipe up bathroom floor after shower ."

"Second time staying here. Good value for money, aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Beds and pillows comfortable, nice and warm in the rooms and hotel itself Rooms could do with a freshen up with paint and small maintenance to windows and walls. Remote control filthy, batteries flat. Tea and coffee facility which is good. Shower pressure average but overall good value, fairly clean, good breakfast variety Would definitely come back "
