"This was a great stay. We booked for the area and spa. Did not disappoint. Spa was very large and well appointed and attended. Room was amazing and spacious. Staff was excellent and made every effort to ensure we had anything we could possibly want. If I had to say anything less than great it would be the hours of the spa do not match the website and close early. "

"Super Aufenthalt, als verwöhnter Gast der Pletzer Resorts, hat mir ein bisschen was gefehlt. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war der letzte Öffnungstag vor der kurzen Pause, da gab es zum Frühstück um 9 Uhr keine Gurken und Paprika mehr, das fand ich schade. Der Rest war toll, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Zimmer wunderbar renoviert (ich liebe die Seife und das Relax Duschgel), die Hotelbar hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und alle waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt!...

"Absolute Empfehlung! Eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Jeder Schritt hat sich gelohnt - die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Charakter eingerichtet und es war rund um stimmig. Super gemütliches Zimmer und großer Aufenthaltsraum zum Entspannen. Sehr leckeres Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Saunabesuch war eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt ausklingen zu lassen! "

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. "Really beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet (I only had breakfast booked but it was also no problem to have dinner with a friend there that did not stay at the hotel)! The staff was super friendly and forthcoming and the sauna and pool was very nice! Rooms were beautiful and very modern! Really loved it there and would book again anytime "

"Lovely hotel with both a traditional part of the hotel and a brand new part including a state of the art spa which opened in December apparently. The spa area was amazing, indoor and outdoor pools (both a little cold!), outdoor jacuzzi (also a little cold!), lots of relaxation rooms with loungers, two saunas of different temperatures, one 90 degree huge panoramic sauna which can easily seat 40-50 people, the other a 60 degree one which is hardly used. "Very nice hotel. Made of wood, smells of wood. Good staff too (except one slightly grump middle aged guy at reception). The 2 younger ladies at reception were fantastic. Food good, very clean, organised."

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"
