Access -
There is parking here for three cars on the driveway and the property is accessed via a small ramp from the parking area. The property has its main living areas upstairs at entrance level and all bedrooms are located downstairs.
The rooftop terrace is accessed via external stairs at the side of the house.
Living area -
Walk into this spacious living area to the stunning kitchen which includes all modern appliances plus a wine cooling fridge and a coffee machine.
There is a large stand alone fridge/freezer and all necessary cookware.
Complimentary tea/coffee/sugar as well as a small welcome hamper to get you started.
There is an island with bar stool seating for kitchen socialising.
Further past the kitchen is a sociable living/lounging space with two large comfortable sofas and a wall mounted TV.
The dining table is located by the glass windows which open fully to let the outside in. There is a small wrap around balcony on this level.
Across the hall is a beautifully decorated second living area with two large sofas. Enjoy the board games and puzzles in this room or just pick up a book and relax.
This room also has a dedicated workspace with a full size desk and chair.
Bedrooms
There are three King-size rooms to choose from, all located on the lower floor and all beautifully furnished to provide you a restful nights sleep.
All bedrooms have their own ensuite.
Bathrooms
There are three ensuites on the lower floor. One ensuite has a shower over bath and the other two offer a walk in shower. Shower gels and basic toiletries are provided for your use.
There is a ground floor toilet with handbasin just off the main entrance hall.
Outside space
There really is a wow factor with the unique outside space that this property has to offer. Access the rooftop terrace via the steps at the side of the house and get ready for a fantastic view across Worcester and also a great socialising space.
Here you'll find the Hot Tub - this is next to the green shed which has been creatively kitted out as a changing area complete with clothes hooks and mirror.
There is a large dining table up here and an outdoor seating area.
The pots are beautifully planted and the terrace has low level walls on each side.

There is a downstairs utility room with a sink, washer and dryer.
Key Box access
Guest Homes are available between 8am-10pm 7 days a week for help during your stay.
We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.
There are several amenities close by including convenience stores, small shops, cafes, and restaurants. Guests have easy access to everyday necessities and dining options.
The nearest supermarket is Waitrose within a 5min walk or a 1 minute drive.
Local restaurant recommendations include The Swan at Whittington which is a short drive from the property. Access to Worcester city centre is easy from this location and there are an array of well rated restaurants and bars.
There are parks and green spaces nearby where residents can enjoy outdoor activities or leisurely walks.
There are good transport links, with bus routes connecting it to other parts of Worcester and surrounding areas. Rail travel links - Worcester foregate street and Worcester Shrub Hill are within 1-1.5 miles from the property. Worcester Parkway is around 3miles from the property on the outskirts of the city.
