"Stayed two nights with family. Everything was clean and we had tea coffee in the room. The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay. "The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful. The hotel was steps away from the train station which was perfect when dragging around our luggage. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring the Old city. I would recommend it."
