"We were at The Carmel for 3 nights and they did not change the linen during our stay or make the bed. We didn't make a request but I had expectations that if guests were staying for more than 1 night that someone would attend to the room. Apart from this, the location was good and the staff very helpful."

The property manager is the best we've experienced in our mulitple visits to Australia. We were greeted, out of hours, with a welcoming smile, nothing was too much trouble.
