"We initially encountered an issue with our first room, which had an unpleasant odour of sewerage. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in resolving the situation, promptly relocating us and offering a complimentary upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment instead of the 1-bedroom studio we had booked. "Good value, will definitely use it again. The apartment has washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable bed. Thet can do better with arranging furniture to accommodate the three of us, however it's not a major drama."

Central & Convenient

"Short visit to Brisbane, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Right in the centre of CBD, close to shopping, eateries, public transport and sightseeing. Reception staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. Loved the bright colours on each floor. Will definitely stay there again next time in town."
