Ocean Lookout is a luxury top-floor apartment with stunning views over the beautiful Woolacombe Beach.
The apartment is all single level with private parking for one car and comes with its own private terrace with outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing evenings watching the sunset.
Entering the flat, the wide hallway leads off to two bedrooms (linen and towels are provided). In the master bedroom there is a king-sized double bed and the second is a twin room with zip-link beds that can be made into a super-king upon request. The modern bathroom has a fabulous walk-in shower with extra hose attachment - perfect for rinsing the sand off after a day on the beach.
The apartment has a spacious, open-plan living area and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. The living room and kitchen has large Velux windows which can be opened to keep the apartment nice and breezy in the hot summer months.
Woolacombe Beach is one of Britain's best sandy beaches and is right in front of Ocean Lookout which is ideally located on the sea-front. The award-winning beach is ideal for families wanting to build sandcastles or surfers wanting to catch some waves. Its 3 mile stretch means that it's possible to find quieter parts, even in the height of summer.
The RNLI and life guards look over the beach between April and September and also at October half term to keep bathers safe. Also, dogs are welcome year-round, although with some minor restrictions in peak months.
Ocean Lookout has many shops, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, in the lively town of Woolacombe. Since the surrounding area is all cared for by the National Trust, Ocean Lookout is also a great base for walkers who want to get into the countryside.
A travel cot and highchair are provided. Guests will need to bring their own bedding for the infant in the travel cot.
Bath towels are provided and are not to be removed from the property. Guests are politely asked to bring their own beach towels.
Before booking please be advised there is some essential external work taking place on the building. This is critical work which is due to be completed approx end of January/beginning of February, 2024. Because of this there is some scaffolding up in areas for work currently undergoing and some general work taking place next to the building. Please note this will not interfere with the access or internal of the property but something we would like to make you aware of prior to your stay.
