A communal Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the boot room opposite via a separate door from the entrance. These facilities are shared between just 3 apartments. A great additional space to leave wellies, walking boots, coats and wetsuits.

In the living space is a real wood burner set into a fireplace recess, large sofa bed, folded loose leaf table, two folding chairs and two stools. The flat screen TV with built in DVD offers cosy viewing on those evenings in.

If the sofa bed is required, it is an additional £20 to cover laundry and cleaning costs.

Wi-Fi not brilliant but is generally okay for basic use. Router in communal boot room.
