A beautiful three bedroom luxury apartment with a large verandah, situated in one of the most desirable coastal villages in the UK with amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean and stunning sunsets!. All on the Ground Floor:

Blue Horizon is a beautiful five star three-bedroom apartment perfect for up to six guests and is set in a re-developed building directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with two other luxury apartments that can be jointly booked by larger groups if required. There’s a communal entrance with one other apartment.
The accommodation comprises of an open plan living/kitchen/dining with patio doors leading out on to a large verandah where you can soak up the amazing sea views and beautiful sunsets. The living area has quality furniture and a Smart TV, and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are three bedrooms; two kingsize, one with an en-suite shower room, with a door leading to a utility area with a washing machine. Then there’s a twin room with two single beds in it, perfect for the younger ones. There’s also a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over. There are two allocated parking spaces with additional parking available in the village public car park just ½ mile away.
The village of Woolacombe, which is just below Mortehoe, boasts 3 miles of golden sands, great surfing waves and a fantastic coastal footpath. There are shops, cafés, restaurants and a great boutique cinema in a local hotel too, all just a 10-minute stroll away! The main beach is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer, and you can make the most of the location for its beautiful sunsets, one of the spectacles regularly enjoyed by locals and surfers out on their boards in the Atlantic waters. Voted in 2020 Number 6 in Europe and Number 20 in the world, Woolacombe Beach is one of the best in the UK and is renowned for its cleanliness and water quality.
Should you choose to venture away from this stunning location, Woolacombe is perfectly positioned for exploring the truly awe-inspiring North Devon coastline and all its beauty and to enjoy the countless other North Devon attractions such as the popular Tarka Trail which provides the unique opportunity to follow a disused railway line allowing you to enjoy some of Devon’s finest countryside and scenery stretching from Barnstaple through to Bideford and beyond. Then there’s Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first Dark Sky Reserve, just 13 miles away and Lynton and Lynmouth, about 20 miles to the east with its incredible sea views, rugged cliffs and amazing funicular cliff railway which opened in 1890 and is the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world! Of course, if Woolacombe isn’t enough for you then there are several other world class beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho! – all of which are famous for their surfing qualities, vast stretches of sand and great dunes! Keen golfer? Then look no further than the championship links golf course at Saunton, just 7 miles away. Beach 1 mile.

We've just returned from staying at this property over new year. What an amazing view every morning to wake up to. The property was clean and nice little touches like christmas tree was up and bottle of wine and biccies on arrival. There is parking for 2 cars. This property is on a steep hill so walking into Woolacombe is great, coming back not so easy lol.. The pub at the top of the hill is absolutely amazing but be prepared to take your oxygen mask with you lol.Everyone is really friendly and i will definitely return. Some of the kitchen utensils could of been cleaner and the door to the main bathroom wouldnt close properly ...The views to Lundy Island is fabulous. I could sit on the balcony all dsy and just watch the waves.I wouldnt advise taking older family members to this property unless your willing to drive everywhere. My fur baby enjoyed the walks everyday to the beach and back, this thoroughly tired her out lol.
